Registration for the 2023 Trade Show is available on our registration page. You must register yourself as an attendee in order to register for a booth at the trade show. We no longer offer "Show Only" registration for this event.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS will be made by MLMA. MLMA reserves the right to adjust trade show layout at any time prior to opening of show. You may purchase a maximum of two booths. Booth assignments are made by MLMA and based upon when your registration was received and your company’s support of the association. Efforts are made to separate companies with competing products and services, but we cannot guarantee placement.
FURNISHINGS: Booths are 8' X 10' with 8' back drapes and 3' high side drapes. They include one 6' draped table, two charis and wastebasket. additional furnishings including electricity will be provided by Show Manager at additional cost to Exhibitor. SECURITY/INSURANCE LIABILITY: No security or insurance is provided by MLMA or Beau Rivage. By registering as exhibitor and paying registration fee, exhibitor agrees to indemify and hold harmless the MS Lumber Manufacturers Association, its employees and members from all liability resulting from or arising out of the use by vendor/exhibitor of the exhibit space referred to herein.
REGISTRATION: All booth personnel must register for the Convention and Trade Show. Attendee registration is seperate. The "trade show only" registration is no longer an option. Any guest of your booth who is not a registered attendee will be asked to leave the trade show.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All booth payments are due no later than May 1, 2023. Booth cancellations received by April 1, 2023 will be eligible for full refund less a $100 administrative processing fee. After April 1, there will be no refunds. No exceptions.
Door prizes/cash giveaways are welcome and can be given away from your booth during the show.
