2024 Trade Show Information

The exhibit space rental charge is $1,200 for 8 X 10 booth space. The balance of the booth space is due by May 1, 2024. Please Note: Booth space fees will increase to $1,500 after April 1, 2024. 

Attendee registration for this event will open online on March 1, 2024. You must register yourself as an attendee in order to work your booth at the trade show. We no longer offer "Show Only" registration for this event.

NEW IN 2024: We are excited to introduce new lead retrieval technology for all of our exhibitors in 2024. Each exhibitor booth will be supplied with one (1) handheld badge scanner to scan attendee name badges. Exhibitors will be able to utilize this feature to collect attendee information during the trade show and use for giveaway prizes from the booth. There will be no physical attendee cards to sign for giveaways this year. Exhibitors can purchase extra handheld badge scanners for an additional fee of $150 per scanner. 

GIVEAWAYS: Door prizes/cash giveaways are welcome and can be given away from your booth during the show when the Executive Director and President visit your booth. There is a limit of one (1) giveaway item per booth space. You must be ready for your giveaway when your booth is visited by MLMA staff in order to have your giveaway announced. 

BOOTH ASSIGNMENT: Due to the growth of our trade show, we are expanding the floor to include both the Magnolia and Camellia ballrooms at the Beau Rivage. Exhibitor booths spaces will be assigned in either the Magnolia or Camellia ballroom. Assignments will be made by MLMA staff. MLMA reserves the right to adjust trade show layout at any time prior to opening of show. You may purchase a maximum of two booths. Booth assignments are made by MLMA and based upon when your registration was received and your company’s support of the association. Efforts are made to separate companies with competing products and services, but we cannot guarantee placement. 

FURNISHINGS: Booths are 8' X 10' with 8' back drapes and 3' high side drapes. They include one 6' draped table, two chairs and wastebasket. Additional furnishings including electricity will be provided by Show Manager (Exagere Expo - David Newman) at additional cost to Exhibitor. Exhibitor show packet with detailed information, including shipping, will be available on the exhibitor booth information page.

SECURITY/INSURANCE LIABILITY: No security or insurance is provided by MLMA or Beau Rivage. By registering as exhibitor and paying registration fee, exhibitor agrees to indemify and hold harmless the MS Lumber Manufacturers Association, its employees and members from all liability resulting from or arising out of the use by vendor/exhibitor of the exhibit space referred to herein. 

ATTENDEE REGISTRATION: All booth personnel must register for the Convention and Trade Show. Attendee registration is a separate fee. There is no "trade show only" registration option. Any guest of your booth who is not a registered attendee with an MLMA name badge will be asked to leave the trade show. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: All booth payments are due no later than May 1, 2024. Booth cancellations received prior to April 1, 2024 will be eligible for full refund less a $100 administrative processing fee. After April 1, there will be no refunds. No exceptions.
