Membership Information

MLMA invites companies in the industry and sawmills outside Mississippi to join as associate members. Membership dues are $300 annually as an associate member. Memberships are company based so one membership includes all of your employees. Joining MLMA as an associate member is a great way to get connected with other businesses and support our industry. Associate Membership Dues are $300 per year.  We accept all major credit cards. 

Member mills of MLMA are dedicated to the manufacturer and shipment of quality pine and hardwood lumber. All lumber produced by member mills conforms to the American Lumber Standard Committee (ALSC) grade marking system.  All lumber produced by MLMA member mills equals or exceeds ALSC standards or NHLA Rules for the measurement & inspection of Hardwood & Cypress. All lumber produced by MLMA member mills equals or exceeds ALSC standards or NHLA Facility Grade Certification.

Mississippi mill members agree to pay to Mississippi Lumber Manufacturers Association monthly dues of the sum of ten cents (.10) per thousand on all lumber sold or shipped by their firm, including retail and all other sales. Payments must be paid by the 15th of each month covering shipments of the previous month. The minimum monthly dues are $50.00 (500,000 B/F or less), and the maximum monthly dues are $200.00 (1,000,000 B/F or more).
